Is your jewelry made from real plant matter?

Yes! Wild Terra products are made with real botanicals, from flowers, leaves, fungi, pinecones, and insects. All pieces collected from nature are either grown or foraged sustainably or purchased from local flower farms. 

Will my piece of jewelry look identical to the photo of the item I want to purchase from your website?

No. Each piece is made to order and unique. While your piece will be identical in design, there may be some slight variations from size, color, and shape. Each flower, pinecone, mushroom, etc is meticulously chosen and processed to showcase how close to "perfect" and alive it can look. That said, there is no controlling nature and each piece will have its own character and will not be completely identical, making your piece truly one of a kind. 

Will my new botanical jewelry stay the same color forever?

All organic matter on this planet is subject to aging, changing, and decaying over time. While the metals and semi-precious stones used in our pieces will stay the same, please expect that there will be changes to the look of the natural material showcased in your piece. Wild Terra uses UV protectant to extend the lifetime of each botanical piece. Expect and embrace the natural change of color of botanical designs.

How can I ensure the protection and extension of the lifetime of my botanical piece?

​

Easy! Make sure to avoid submerging your botanical jewelry in water to extend its lifetime. While fine to wear your piece out in the sun, it is wise to keep it stored away from direct sunlight after use. While storing or traveling with your botanical jewelry, keep it in a protective bag to keep the resin finish free from any scratches.

Do you accept custom orders?

​

Yes! I accept custom orders when your purchase is $80 or more. Keep in mind that I do not have access to every flower and that every flower and color isn't meant to be preserved in resin. With a lot of trial and error, I have learned many flowers that are too fragile or change too dramatically in shade of color after the drying process. My item was delivered, but it isn't a good fit for me. Can I return it or exchange it?

​

If you aren't in love with your purchase, let's find a way to remedy it. You have two weeks to initiate a return or exchange with Wild Terra. If your purchase came damaged in the mail, please share a photo of the item, and we will cover the shipping costs and replace your item. Keep in mind that shipping costs will be covered by you if you are seeking an exchange or to return an item that is not damaged.

I received an alert that my package was delivered, but it hasn't arrived. Can you help?

​

Oh no! That is terrible that your package is MIA. I will do what is within my control to help on my end. Once I drop off your package, I always ensure that there is insurance purchased for your package. There are twenty days to file if there has been no delivery in the USA and forty for international packages.

Replacement of stolen or lost packages will depend on each case. 

​

Wild Terra is not responsible for delayed, stolen, or lost orders. Contact the carrier (FedEX, USPS, UPS) for further assistance on the delivery of your package.
