Yoga with Wild Terra

My yoga practice is rooted in trauma-

informed care, nervous system attunement,

connection to nature, and deep reverence

for the body’s inner wisdom. I believe yoga is

not about performance—it's about presence,

regulation, and reconnection. Yoga is a

practice rooted in showing up for yourself,

to deeply nourish your body, mind, and spirit

through being present, stillness, and

through mindful movement.

I offer somatic, gentle yoga classes that weave together breathwork, guided rest, intuitive movement, sound healing, and nervous system education. These classes are especially supportive for those navigating burnout, chronic stress, trauma, or a longing to return home to themselves. You deserve to find peace and to be enveloped in its warmth. My offerings create a safe and sacred space for you to unwind, connect with your inner self, and cultivate balance from within.
