Qigong Class & Sound Bath

Start your week off with a revitalizing qigong practice, followed by a relaxing and restorative sound bath experience.

Park your vehicle at the end of Pecho Road on the left in the small dirt parking lot (do not follow onto private property).

We will meet at the parking lot and will walk to a secluded private beach for our practice.

Bring a yoga mat or a towel to lay on for the sound bath as well as an extra layer of clothing if it is windy.
